Someone called a reputable computer repair outlet with a problem. Let's join the conversation...

CUSTOMER - "Yes, hello, customer service please..."

CUSTOMER SERVICE - "This is customer service. How can I help you today?"

CUSTOMER - "Thanks for your help... My problem is with my printer..."

CUSTOMER SERVICE - "May I ask what's wrong with it? Does it print anything at all?"

CUSTOMER - "It won't do anything... the mouse is jammed!"

CUSTOMER SERVICE - "MOUSE? Listen... printers do not have a mouse"

CUSTOMER - "This one does!"

CUSTOMER SERVICE - "Please understand... we are busy people and do not have time for this kind of monkey business. Computers have a mouse not printers?"

CUSTOMER - "OH YEAH.... I will send you a picture!"
