 Sometimes it is hard to put into words just how you feel. I am in that situation right now. As I look back at the last few weeks, I stand amazed as to how God has opened up the windows of Heaven over our family and ministry. I have mixed emotions about this; for I know me! How can God bless someone as rotten and wicked as me? The answer is, of course, because of grace!
I hasten to share more great news with you as we are beginning to wind down to our last month of meetings. Recently we were promised a small sound system for us to get started with. This will benefit us with being able to record as well as to play music to sing to when we begin services down the road. We are also glad to announce that we have about two more churches to get behind us since I last updated. A church and an individual also have given money towards a down payment on housing! PRAISE THE LORD! After April, I have a couple of meetings in May and then we begin to close up shop. As of right now, Shilo and I plan on visiting Blair, at the end of May. We are going to see about acquiring a place to live. I am also looking forward to visiting a few of the brethren in other counties. Some I know personally and others I don’t. However, I am looking forward to the fellowship. I ask you to pray for three things: 1. Wisdom about the timing of the move and such. I have a lot of responsibility with a wife and five children to feed. 2. Housing – Big issue… God knows about this, just pray! 3. More monthly support - To get by we need more support. Although I plan on getting a part time job to help with some ministry expenses, and a second vehicle, I still need more help. Whatever the outcome, by God’s grace, we are stepping out and going for it! I want to thank each of you that have prayed for our family and ministry. I am excited about what God is going to do in Blair. I am looking forward to that first soul getting saved! WOW! It will be worth it! In closing, I want to ask a favor from you.
